Cathedral City Streets!

I have been riding the scooter for a few months now and for the most part the roads in this valley are pretty good. But when I get to the Cathedral City streets they are noticeably rougher and in poor condition. So then I thought why are the streets in all the other cities so good and Cathedral City's so bad? I have hit some potholes in Cathedral City that I thought was going to end my life. Get back to me where you think the roads need improvement. I definitely feel (pun intended) that Cathedral City has the worst streets in terms of condition. They need to be resurfaced and why aren't they. Let me know what you think.
